THE COACHING 

COACHING STEPS  WITH CHUCK:

 

  • FIRST A MEETING TO SEE THE NEEDS OF THE ATHLETE, THEIR EXPERIENCE, STRENGTHS, WEAKNESSES, GOALS AND OVERALL SITUATION;
     

  • BASED UPON THE GOALS, SCHEDULE AND PERSONAL REALITY, CHUCK WILL BUILD THE YEARLY TRAINING PLAN;
     

  • SOME TESTING MAY BE REQUIRED TO ESTIMATE THE VO2 MAX AND FUNCTIONAL THRESHOLD POINTS OF THE 3 SPORTS. THEN CHUCK WILL ESTABLISH THE ZONE CHART FOR THE 3 DISCIPLINES;
     

  • FINALLY A WEEKLY PLAN WILL BE SENT EVERY WEEK AND ALSO AVAILABLE IN REAL TIME IN THE DROPBOX FILE CREATED FOR THE ATHLETE, IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE ON A COMPUTER OR ANY SMARTPHONE;
     

  • EXCHANGE VIA EMAIL OR PHONE IF NEEDED IS AVAILABLE ALL THE TIME TO ADJUST THE PLAN DURING THE WEEK;
     

  • A DEBRIEFING AND DATA ANALYSIS OF EVERY RACE IS PERFORMED;
     

  • BIOMECHANICAL ANALYSES OF THE 3 DISCIPLINES CAN BE MADE TO MAXIMIZE EFFICIENCY;
     

  • A WEIGHT TRAINING PLAN CAN BE MADE TO HELP PERFORMANCE AND PREVENT INJURY.
